We have a new and exciting opportunity for those wishing to work in Social Care. Our Home Support domiciliary Team currently has vacancies for casual and permanent Home Support Workers in order to fulfil our current contractual obligations.
We are currently looking for support staff across Kilgetty, Saundersfoot and Tenby areas areas. These are open-ended positions. Full and part-time hours are available, as well as casual positions, this will be discussed at interview stage.
The role of the team is to provide physical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes to enable them to remain as independent as possible. You will be required to work on a shift pattern as we provide support from 7am - 10pm.
The successful candidates will be required to attend to the personal needs of the individuals for whom we support in accordance with the guidance laid out in the handbook for Home Support Workers.
Experience in this field would be an advantage but not essential as a full induction and training programme will be provided.
You will need to be educated to QCF level 2 or willing to undertake this qualification.
