Waste and Recycling Collection Calendars

We are committed to reducing our paper use, which means households can now view their kerbside calendar online.

You can do this in two ways:

• All collection calendars for Waste and Recycling Services including Kerbside Collections, Garden Waste and AHP collection are available in the ‘My Dates and Times’ section of ‘My Account’, these calendars are unique to your household and the services you receive.
• View your Kerbside Collection Calendar and details of your next collection day through the ‘Search for your bin day’ facility on the website.

To view your calendar

Enter your postcode in the ‘Search for your bin day’ box below and then select your address.

This will bring up the details of your next waste and recycling collections.

Then select ‘VIEW COLLECTION CALENDAR’ at the bottom left of the page.

You can also sign up to a free weekly reminder of your bin day by text or email notification via My Account

If you don’t have access to the internet to download your calendars you can request paper copies by calling our Contact Centre on 01437 764551.
