The aim of the #2minutestreetclean scheme is to make it as easy as possible for people to help maintain and improve the cleanliness of Pembrokeshire while having a positive and rewarding impact on our environment.
Each station holds litter pickers and used carrier bags to equip people to carry out a litter pick when they visit. The litter collected can then be put into the nearest litter or recycling bin.
Every piece of litter removed from our streets matters, it does not matter if you pick up 1 or 2 items or a whole bagful – it all helps.
This map shows the location of the street boards, please note that the boards are hosted by volunteers so there may be occasions when the boards are not put out, also some are seasonal only.
For more information or to be involved in #2minutestreetclean please contact Jemma Price-Lewis on 01437 764551 or email email@example.com
We will arrange for a missed bin collection if:
If your bins and bags were ready for collection you can report a missed collection to us. If your bins or bags were not ready then we will collect them on your next appropriate Bin Day.

Bulky Household Collections
If you have unwanted large household appliances such as beds, fridges and furniture you can arrange for a bulky household waste collection or consider donating them.
Donate where possible
If your items are of a good enough quality you may want to consider donating them to family, friends, neighbours or a local charity/community group instead. Free of charge options are available by clicking on this - This link is temporarily unavailable.
The collection of bulky household items is undertaken on our behalf by Frame, a local charitable organisation.

I have garden waste to dispose of but do not want to sign up to the collection service - what can I do with it?
Five reasons to recycle your food waste
1) It's easy
2) Contains food smells
3) Caddies lock to stop pests getting access
4) It's collected once a week
5) Turned into electricity
What can I put in my caddy?
You can put any raw or cooked food in your caddy. You can even scrape uneaten food straight into your caddy.
No Thanks! Please do not put any of these materials in your food waste caddy.
Please remember - If you already compost at home please keep composting your uncooked vegetable and fruit peelings in your bin or heap.
How can I recycle my food waste?
To recycle your food waste all you need is:
Get the right equipment – you will need a kitchen caddy, caddy bags
and a kerbside bin.
Line your Kitchen Caddy with the bag
Place any food waste into the caddy, taking care to exclude any packaging.
When your kitchen caddy is full, empty into your kerbside bin and put out for collection once a
week so it can be recycled.
What can I put in the box?
Empty glass bottles and jars of all colours, shapes and sizes. There is no need to remove labels, lids, corks or bottle tops.
What can't I put in the box?
Any type of glass that is not a bottle or jar i.e pyrex containers, drinking glasses, spectacles, window glass, glass ornaments, glass chopping boards or light bulbs
Why can't these items be included?
These items melt at a different temperature to glass bottles and jars. If they get mixed up and collected, they will contaminate the load making it useless and unable to be recycled.
How can I dispose of the items that can't go in my box, without them being sent to landfill?
They can be taken to your closest Civic Amenity and Recycling Centre and disposed of in special containers. Alternatively, most of these items can be donated to your local charity shop providing they are in good condition and spectacles can be taken into most opticians.
Where can I keep my box?
The drain holes in the box are raised to retain liquid and prevent soiling to floors, should you keep your box indoors. However if you keep your box outside the holes will allow the controlled release of rainwater.
Please only put the items listed in your box for collection. If the wrong items are collected and mixed into the load it will not be able to be recycled. Any items that are not suitable for kerbside collection will be left in the box for you to re-sort and dispose of correctly.
What will happen to the collected glass?
The glass will be delivered to Swansea and go for closed loop recycling. Closed loop recycling means the glass will be recycled back into glass bottles and jars which is the most sustainable way of recycling.
