Trade Waste
Disposable nappy and incontinence waste collections (AHP)
Purple bags for this service are sold on a pre-payment basis in rolls of 20 bags per roll. Please refer to the tariff document for the latest charges.
As part of this service, we will collect the following materials:
- Nappies and nappy sacks
- Incontinence waste products such as liners
- Single use absorbent bed sheets
- Wipes and paper tissues
- Bed and chair pads
- Plastic gloves and disposable aprons
- Catheter bags
- Colostomy / stoma bags
** This service is not for sanitary waste or feminine hygiene products; these should be disposed of in your general waste **
Collections will be on a fortnightly schedule and collection will be from your usual trade waste and recycling collection point. Only the purple bags purchased from us can be used; any other bags placed out for collection will not be collected.
There will be no restriction on the quantity of bags which can be placed out per collection but each individual bag has a maximum weight limit of 15kg and can only include the items above.
