The aim of the programme is to contribute to the development of the social care workforce, to promote working in care and increase the number of qualified staff providing care in Pembrokeshire.
The partnership is led by the local authority and includes representatives from the public sector, the voluntary sector and the independent sector with interests in: social care provision, training, careers, children's services, health & wellbeing, and supporting service users and carers.

Who is SCWWDP training for?
SCWWDP provides training and development opportunities for people employed in social care. You must be a paid care worker or work for a voluntary organisation caring for people in Pembrokeshire to be eligible for our training.
