Last Invasion Tapestry

Disabled/Wheelchair access/Lift access to library level (located on the first floor of the Town Hall

The Last Invasion Tapestry gallery in Fishguard library is to close for a short time in the New Year to allow a new lighting system to be installed

The current lighting system has proved costly and unreliable.

The work is being funded by Pembrokeshire County Council and will mean the gallery will be closed for the whole of January and up to 8th February.

The closure will also provide an opportunity for the cabinet and glass to be cleaned.

January has been chosen to carry out the work as it is traditionally the quietest month for tapestry visitors.

What's On

Courses through the medium of Welsh. In order to make it viable for us to us to run courses we need a minimum number of people to take part. Our aim is to provide courses bilingually wherever possible. When you enquire about taking part in a course we will ask you if you would prefer to take part exclusively in Welsh. We will provide courses exclusively in Welsh when numbers reach the minimum level.
