How to Park with PayByPhone
1. Download the PayByPhone app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Enter your location code. Select the suggested nearest location code or enter the location code found on the nearby PayByPhone signage.
3. Enter your parking duration. Enter the length of time you wish to park and check your details before confirming your selection.
4. Extend your parking anytime. Add more time from wherever you are. Simply open the app and press ‘extend’.
What is PayByPhone?

Do I have to display a ticket in my car?
No. Once you’ve started your parking session you’re free to get on with the rest of your day.
How do traffic wardens know that I have paid?
When you have successfully paid, the traffic warden’s enforcement device is updated to show your vehicle registration number along with the start and end times of your parking session.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
Yes, PayByPhone is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
How do I get VAT receipts for my parking?
You can either receive receipts by text or email, and they are available online at paybyphone.co.uk
