Monkton School launches new confidential support service for the community

Monkton CP School, together with its award winning adult learning project Launch, are offering a new confidential support service for the community of Monkton.

This is an initiative put in place by the new Monkton Headteacher, Mr Dylan Lawrence and Launch co-ordinator Kellie Bellmaine.

Starting next Wednesday, 23rd September between 9.30am and 11.30am, a drop-in service will be available every week, offering the following confidential support:

·         PATCH food parcels

·         Form filling – online or paper

·         Access to a computer for benefits\shopping etc

·         Referral information for support organisations including:

 Pembrokeshire Counselling Service; Citizens Advice Bureau; Communities for Work; Universal Credit; PATCH and many others.

Covid-19 restrictions are in place and must be adhered to.

The slot will be on a one to one basis with social distancing measures.
