What is the Property Helpdesk?

The Property Helpdesk service is provided to respond to public enquiries related to property, land or assets owned by Pembrokeshire County Council. 

Our team support enquiries related to:

  • Commercial lettings and tenancies, including viewings of available units.
  • Disposal (sale) of Pembrokeshire County Council property and assets.
  • Ownership and boundary enquiries related to Council land and property.
  • Wayleaves and easements on Council land.
  • Issuing of licences for events, metal detecting, and authorisation of use of UAVs (drones) and filming on Council land.
  • Applications for moorings at Tenby and Lower Town Fishguard harbours.
  • Applications for allotments.
  • Fishguard, Pembroke Dock and Tenby markets.
  • County Farm Estate.
  • Inspection of tress on Council land.
  • Community Asset Transfers.
  • Requests to purchase garden land.
