What do the Property & Asset Management team do?

The Property & Asset Management team are responsible for Pembrokeshire County Council’s asset portfolio to enable effective provision of all Council services. The property portfolio is wide ranging and includes schools, youth centres, family centres, hostels, community centres, administration buildings, retail, market halls, garage plots, car parks, leisure centres, libraries, museums, civic amenity sites, crematoriums and cemeteries, harbours, public conveniences, allotments, playing fields, open space, County Farms and grazing land, community assets and an airport
