Priority HS1

• Increase the supply of affordable housing to meet local needs

• Work to ensure homelessness is prevented, brief, rare and unrepeated

• Improve the overall quality of housing in Pembrokeshire

• Supporting people to live independently for longer in their own homes

• Reducing carbon emissions and tackling fuel poverty

 

Through the imaginative use of our available resources and the considered use of our discretionary and mandatory powers Pembrokeshire County Council will work with our local and regional partners to address the 5 Key Priorities by delivering the actions and activities set out in the Action Plan attached to this strategy.
