Skin Piercing etc

All premises and persons carrying out the following activities must be registered with the Council:

• Acupuncture
• Ear piercing
• Electrolysis
• Tattooing
• Cosmetic body piercing
• Semi permanent skin colouring

Problems or complaints relating to hygiene or health and safety will be investigated by the Council.

The fees are as follows:

Initial registration:

• New application for Registration Certificate with existing staff: £293.00

New staff

• To add an extra person onto an existing Registration Certificate: £146.50
