My Account Review Survey

The aim of ‘My Account’ is to save people time and for them to be able to contact us in a way that suits them, 24/7.

It’s been six years since we first launched My Account, and it’s now time for a review of the service.

If you are a user of the service we would like to know:

-          What you like about My Account

-          What you don’t like about My Account

-          How we can make changes/improvements in the future

We would also like to hear from you if you are currently a non-user of our My Account Service, to find out if there is anything you feel we need to provide to encourage you to use it.
