Why are we consulting
The LINC project was introduced in November 2017 to pilot an integrated transport network, through enhanced collaboration and cooperation in rural areas of Carmarthenshire (Peniel, Tanglwst, Newcastle Emlyn, Pont Tyweli, Pentrecwrt, Llanybydder), Ceredigion (South of Aberystwyth) and Pembrokeshire (North of Haverfordwest). The project was fortunate in securing external monies via the Rural Development Programme, administered by Welsh Government. Grant conditions stipulated a need for an independent evaluation, to allow an objective and rigorous assessment of the funded project.
Carmarthenshire County Council invited tenders to undertake a formal interim and final evaluation of the LINC scheme operating in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. The aim of the evaluation is to assess the success and effectiveness of the scheme in meeting the project objectives. Capita were success in this bid. As part of the evaluation, Capita have been instructed to obtain views from both users and non users to determine success to date. Capita have already undertaken a number of face to face and postal surveys with both user groups, however to enable the consultants to capture a wider audience it is necessary to post the questionnaire online via all 3 local authorities corporate sites. In order to achieve this aim, Capita have requested our assistance in publishing online.
How to get involved
