Below are internal services that provide general support for young people and families:
Pembrokeshire Families' Support Network
Provides information on support that is available and point families towards the right support. Helpline: 01437 770023 - Mon-Fri 9am- 5pm.

Health Services
There may be times when it would be beneficial to consult with medical professionals who will be accessed by school requesting additional support and advice. Some examples of Health services who school may consult with include:
- School nurse
- CAMHS
- School in-reach
- Family Support Service

Mind is a national mental health charity that supports individuals with mental health needs, and their families.

Cruse Bereavement Service
Support offered to families who have experienced a bereavement. Helpline: 0808 808 1677 – Mon & Fri 9:30-5pm; Tues, Wed & Thurs 9:30-8pm.

Young Minds
They are a charity that offer guidance around young people’s wellbeing and mental health. They share information for parents and offer a parent helpline. Calls are free Mon-Fri from 9:30am to 4pm 0808 802 5544. A webchat is also available.
