The centre is open
Tenby's popularity began over two hundred years ago, when the attractions of the sea began to compete with the fashionable inland spas. The ancient houses, which had fallen into ruin, were rebuilt in Regency and early Victorian styles and the streets and alleyways within the twelfth century walls turned into a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
With four beaches, regular festivals, thriving nightlife, Stone Age caves and tombs, Iron Age forts, Norman castles and much more it could take a lifetime to discover Tenby, so our information centre is here to help.
Situated on Upper Park Road (next to the multi-story car park) our staff are ready, willing and able to assist you with your needs.
Tenby Customer Service & Information Centre provides services for local residents and visitors.
We stock recycling supplies & food waste bins (Green and grey), residential & dispensation parking permits.
The centre is disabled friendly, we also have wheelchairs for hire (not electric), and we sell radar keys parking passports, maps & gifts.
The centre also has free and purchasable information, and a computer that is free for use.
