Yoga beginnersYoga comes from the Sanskrit word meaning to unite and therefore implies perfect harmony of body, mind and spirit. This course is suitable for beginners and aims to gain the knowledge of yoga and fitness and brings with it many benefits i.e. increased energy, improved health, improved muscular co-ordination, toning and strength, improved digestion, increased flexibility, increased confidence and aids relaxation whilst restoring the body's overall equilibrium.
