This course is suitable for beginners and aims to gain the knowledge of yoga and fitness and brings with it many benefits i.e. increased energy, improved health, improved muscular co-ordination, toning and strength, improved digestion, increased flexibility, increased confidence and aids relaxation whilst restoring the body's overall equilibrium.
