Convergence

Specialist European Teams

Pembrokeshire has its own Specialist European Team (SET) set up to assist in the delivery of Structural Funds in Pembrokeshire. The Specialist European Team in Pembrokeshire will be in place until 30th September 2015

The SETs are organised across Wales on a regional basis. In the SW this includes:-

SW SET

  • Local Authority EU funding specialists teams in each Authority area (Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot).

SET Teams

  • Welsh Government Department for the Economy and Transport (DEST);
  • Welsh Government Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills (DfES);

3-SET

  • Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) giving support to voluntary sector organisations developing and managing national and regional EU funded projects.

Pembrokeshire County Council's SET plays a vital role in the delivery of the Convergence programme and is available to support the development of any projects within Pembrokeshire and those seeking to deliver on a regional basis. We can provide guidance on how to obtain Convergence funding together with project aftercare support.

We provide regular alerts on Convergence funding which give details of projects approved or opportunities to tender for delivery of activities. If you wish to receive these alerts or if you are seeking any information or advice on Convergence please contact Sarah Berry, Specialist European Team Officer.
