Response Policy

The Health and Safety Team aims to:

  • Respond to urgent service requests within 1 working day,
  • Respond to non-urgent requests within 5 working days, and
  • To achieve this standard in 95% of all cases.

The response may consist of a telephone call or personal visit depending upon the circumstances in each case. Letters will be acknowledged within three working days followed by a substantive response within 15 working days.
