North Pembrokeshire Community Learning Centres covering Fishguard, Crymych, Newport and St Davids areas

A warm welcome always awaits you at Fishguard Community Learning Centre. Located on the Ysgol Bro Gwaun Campus in Fishguard the facilities include :

  • 4 Training Rooms 
    (with Interactive Whiteboard)
  • Reception
  • Fully equipped coffee bar and small lounge area
  • Off road parking
  • Disabled Toilets
  • After 4pm and during weekends / school holidays all Ysgol Bro Gwaun Classrooms, School Hall, Gymnasium are available for community use.
  • Menter Iaith Sir Benfro Main Office

All classrooms in the Community Learning Centre are accessible to wheelchair users. A portable hearing loop is available from the main office for use in the centre. Other specialist equipment is also available centrally for students with specific needs. Please raise any specific requirements with the administrative  officer prior to arrival.

A warm welcome always awaits you at Haverfordwest Community Learning Centre. Located at the rear of the Pembrokeshire Archives in Prendergast just a short walk from the main shopping centre in the county town of Haverfordwest, the centre offers:

  • 4 training rooms with Smartboards
  • Conference/meeting facilities with Smartboard
  • 1 fully equipped IT suite
  • Off road parking

All ground floor classrooms are accessible to wheelchair users and a portable hearing loop is available from the main office for use in the centre. Other specialist equipment is also available centrally for students with special needs. Please raise any specific requirements with the admin officer prior to arrival.

Narberth Community Centre

Bloomfield House Community Centre is managed by Narberth and District Community and Sports Association, and offers a wide range of classes on behalf of Learning Pembrokeshire.

The Centre is located just 300 yards from the centre of Narberth and has good, well lit, car parking provision.  On Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday the Bloomfield Bus offers a service to and from those local villages not on service bus routes.  Narberth railway station is a ¾ mile walk away. 

This busy community centre offers accessible toilet facilities and classrooms; there are lifts to the first floor. There are tea and coffee making facilities and hot drink and water vending machines.

The Learning Pembrokeshire Community IT offices are also based in Narberth.  There are two fully equipped IT training rooms where a wide range of computer courses are offered.

In addition to the education and leisure classes offered here, there are a wide range of community services available: a Welsh medium morning playschool; a day Nursery and After School Club, and a Social Services Day Care Centre, as well as sports facilities - contact 01834 860293 or e-mail ndcsa@outlook.com

Pembroke Dock Community Learning Centre

Pembroke Dock Community Learning Centre offers a range of part-time courses for adults. It has a warm, relaxed atmosphere where members of staff are friendly and welcoming.

The Centre is located a few minutes walk from the main shopping centre, in the former Albion Square infant school. It has excellent facilities, including up-to-date IT equipment and interactive whiteboards in all classrooms. All classrooms are located on the ground-floor.

The entrance to the car-park, which located to the side of the building, is in Charlton Place. There are six disabled parking bays and an accessible toilet. A hearing loop is also available.

Tenby Community Learning Centre offers a range of part-time courses for adults. It has a warm, relaxed atmosphere where members of staff are friendly and welcoming.

The Centre is located a few minutes walk from the main shopping centre and the beach, a location it shares with Tenby Library and Tenby Youth Club.

It has excellent facilities, including up-to-date IT equipment and interactive whiteboards in most classrooms.

Off-road parking is available, as are tea and coffee making facilities for students' use.

Wheelchair users can access the building via the library entrance, where disabled parking spaces are also located. There is an accessible toilet and a hearing loop is available. Learners with limited mobility are advised to contact the centre in advance as classes can, if necessary, be moved to accommodate their needs.
