Course content
A gentle, but thorough approach to traditional Hatha Yoga. The spiritual principles which form the basis of yoga are an integral part of the course. We welcome beginners, people with health challenges or those who simply feel the need to refresh their understanding of yoga. Increased mobility and vitality, the ability to relax mentally and physically, and improved sleep are some of the benefits of the practice
