The Swim route map

The 2.4 mile swim takes place in the beautiful Carmarthen Bay off Tenby’s North Beach. It is a mass start off the beach with a two lap course.

The bike course is a two loop course totalling 112 miles around South Pembrokeshire. The course follows spectacular coastal roads for much of the way, and passes through many beautiful towns and villages.

The 26.2 mile run takes place in and around the historic seaside town of Tenby. The course is a four loop run, with the finish line on Tenby’s Esplanade.

Parking is available in a number of locations around Tenby, Pembroke and Narberth. Please note there is no on street parking in the vicinity of the Race Village. Please use the car parks as they are all only a short walk from the venue.

Tenby Car Parking

Multi-Storey Car Park on Upper Park Road, SA70 7LT

The largest car park in town and a short walk from the Race Village above South Beach. On race day between 7am - 9:30am, while the athletes are leaving transition there is no access to the Multi-Storey car park.

North Beach Car Park, Gas Lane, Tenby SA70 8AG

(Restricted access from Sunday 11:30 – 00:00hrs)
The North Beach car park is the ideal location for athletes coming to Tenby wishing to leave their car in one location and won't need use of it on race day. Parking tickets can be purchased for multiple days.

Salterns, Tenby SA70 8EQ

South Beach Car Park, Tenby SA70 7EL

Athletes needing to park on race morning will be directed to the Salterns Car Park. (Please note standard parking charges apply).

For the remainder of the day all car parks, except North Beach will be available. However this involves vehicles crossing the bike course as it travels through Tenby so please be cautious and follow marshal instructions.

Park and Ride

Spectators coming to Tenby or Saundersfoot for race day are recommended to use the free Park & Ride Scheme from Carew Airfield, Whittingham Drive, Carew, SA70 8SR.

Park and Ride available from 06.00 until the end of the day, buses will shuttle visitors into Tenby. This avoids vehicles crossing the bike course or having to find parking in town.

The buses will then work on a rotational basis leaving as they fill or if they are not full, every 10 mins.
