We are committed to promoting learning opportunities for all residents, from young toddlers to school children, young adults and older people. Our aim is to encourage all people in Pembrokeshire to reach their potential.
Pembrokeshire has 74 schools serving around 10,150 primary aged pupils and around 8,500 secondary pupils, including nursery places for our younger customers to sixth forms for older pupils. In delivering the County's education service we employ around 3,000 people.
Our adult learning team Learning Pembrokeshire provides around 170 different courses, from French to computer studies at over 70 locations across the County. We cater for students of all ages and abilities, for beginners trying something new or for those wanting to advance their skills.
Our youth service team "Pembrokeshire Youth" runs a support network across the County, helping young people to develop their knowledge and skills as they approach adulthood.
