Planning Guidance Notes - Inclusive Design and Access Statements
As of 1st June 2009, changes to the Development Control system in Wales mean that a Design and Access Statement (DAS) is required to accompany most applications for planning permission and listed building consent.
This Interim Guidance Note from The Welsh Assembly Government is intended to help developers and their agents in the preparation of a DAS.
