The Blue Badge scheme provides a range of parking benefits for disabled people who travel either as drivers or as passengers.

All applications for a Blue Badge or a renewal badge can be completed either over the telephone with the County Council's Contact Centre on 01437 764551 or by calling in to one of our Five Customer Service Centres
Customers can apply for their Blue Badge at the same time as enquiring about, or requesting, other services available from the Council either by telephone or when calling in at one of the Customer Service Centres.
The Contact Centre can be used as a one-stop shop and is open from 8.00 am to 6 pm each weekday and 9.00 am to 12 noon on a Saturday.
Blue Badges can only be issued at the five Customer Service Centres and you may use whichever is more convenient for you.
