The purpose of the group repair scheme is to improve the exterior of a group of properties. A group repair scheme takes place within defined renewal areas, such as Haverfordwest and Milford Haven, and forms part of Pembrokeshire County Council’s strategy for improving housing within the county.
Who is eligible for assistance?
A person is eligible to participate in a group repair scheme if at the date of the approval of the scheme they have an owner interest in the property.

The group repair scheme includes work to the exterior fabric of a property. Under the scheme ‘exterior’ means any part exposed to the elements of wind and rain or otherwise facing into the open air. These elements include the following:
Other work may comprise the curtilage of the property. This includes walls to the principle elevations within the curtilage that is retaining or otherwise protecting the building structure, such as boundary walls.
