Buying your Council home

If you are a secure tenant of Pembrokeshire County Council, you may have the right to buy your home.

  • If you have had a secure tenancy before 18 January 2005 then you may have the right to buy your home after being a secure tenant for 2 years.
  • If your secure tenancy started after 18 January 2005 then you will need to have been a secure tenant for at least 5 years before you can make an application to buy your home.

The attached information leaflets will give you all the information you need on buying your home.

Please note Welsh Right to Buy legislation was updated on 14th July 2015. This reduced the maximum available discount to £8,000.
