Pembrokeshire Registration Service provides the European Passport Return Service (EPRS), a joint initiative between local authorities and the Home Office.
Once you have applied through the www.gov.uk website online, we can photocopy your EEA or Swiss passport and forward a copy along with your checklist and application to the Home Office on your behalf. Your passport will then be available for you to use while your application is being processed.
The service is available by appointment only and you must attend your appointment within 5 working days of submitting your online form. We charge a service fee of £10.00 per application. To make an appointment please contact us on 01437 775176 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can use this service if you are:
An EEA or Swiss national who is in the UK as a ‘qualified person' and wish to apply for a registration certificate as confirmation of your right of residence (EEA/QP).
An EEA or Swiss national who wishes to apply for a document certifying permanent residence or permanent residence card (EEA/PR).
The Home Office may contact you for further information after your application has been submitted.
Using the European passport return service does not guarantee the success of the application and we cannot provide any advice. This service will not ensure that your form has been correctly completed and correct supporting documents submitted.
