Muscular skeletal and joint pain

Muscular and skeletal joint pain is a condition which meets the exercise referral criteria. If you have one of the following conditions you may want to visit your local health professional for a referral:

  • At risk of Osteoporosis
  • Arthritis (mild)
  • Poor mobility
  • Musculoskeletal pain including back pain

You may be referred by your General Practitioner (GP), Physiotherapist Specialist, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist Technician.

Exercise referral sessions are delivered by a suitably qualified exercise professional.

Protocols enable rehabilitation to be delivered locally and safely, thus there is an inclusion and exclusion criteria. Please refer to more options.
