Milford Haven leisure Centre Clubs

Mature Movers Dance class:
Tuesdays 1pm - 2pm

   

The leisure centre now has everything you need under one roof. It has one of the best 25 metre swimming pools around, a dance studio, an indoor bowls hall, and two squash courts. A new state of the art Fitness Suite housing 30 stations a mixture of Cardio Vascular and Resistance Machines, where customers will be able to enjoy Cardio Audi and Visual Media equipment including TV Screens and a Music system with personal earphones while they workout. The refurbished sports hall can be used for anything from soccer to badminton while outside, there are two all-weather tennis courts. Also after a hard work out, you can relax in the sauna and steam room. 

• 25 metre swimming pool (25m x 8.5m and 1m to 2 m in  depth) with disabled steps and hoist if required.
