Milford Haven

Milford Haven Information Service

|

In 1802 Lord Nelson visited Milford Haven and stated that it was one of the finest harbours ever seen. The Quakers developed it as a whaling port in the late 18th century, and following their departure it was used as a naval dockyard and provided the base for a large fishing and oil industry. Now there is a stunning marina surrounded by bars, restaurants and an excellent museum.

The Milford Haven Information Service providing visitors with a wealth of information and detailed local knowledge has moved from its old location to Milford Haven Library.
