The purpose of Local Service Boards and Local Delivery Agreements is to strengthen collaborative leadership at the local level. Membership is therefore cross sectoral and includes leaders from the Hywel Dda Local Health Board, Dyfed Powys Police, Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services and Pembrokeshire County Council who sit together with a senior official from the Welsh Assembly Government.
