When is the consultation taking place?
Start Date: 01/10/2007 End Date: 24/12/2007
From Monday 1st October the draft Health, Social Care and Well-being strategy will be available to members of the public, as part of a twelve-week consultation period.
The draft strategy outlines priorities for health, social care and well-being services for the next 3 years (2008 - 2011). Members of the public are being asked to rank a number of priorities, which have been identified as part of a needs assessment process, in order of how important they feel they are for Pembrokeshire.
The fourteen draft priorities, that have been identified, include making sure everyone has a suitable home to live in, ensuring people are able to leave hospital when they are well enough and able to do so, promoting responsible drinking of alcohol and encouraging people to take more exercise.
People are also being given the opportunity to say if they feel there are other important issues that have not been identified.
A feedback form has been designed to make it easy for people to tell us what they think the most important things are.
The deadline for the return of completed feedback forms is Monday 24th December 2007.
