The Council accepts payment of Council Tax in a variety of different ways:
1.Direct Debit
Paying by direct debit could not be made easier, if you telephone the Council we will make all the
necessary arrangements on your behalf and advise you in advance of your installments. If you would like to
pay by this method please contact Revenue Services on 01437 764551 and have your banking details
available.
2. On-line
Pembrokeshire County Council accepts card payments for Council Tax via its website. Payments (opens new

3. Telephone
The automatic telephone system on 01437 775164 is bilingual. It will guide you, step-by-step, on how to
make a payment for council tax, housing rent, business rates or car park excess charge. You'll also be
given a receipt number. Or you can telephone the Customer Contact Centre on 01437 764551 and pay by credit
or debit card over the phone.

telephone the Customer Contact Centre on 01437 764551 and pay by credit or debit card over the phone. The
Contact Centre is open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturday.
5. In person
Customer Service Centres, in Pembroke Dock, Haverfordwest, Fishguard, Neyland and Milford Haven, are open
9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
