THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN INDEX
Regulation 28 requires a Local Planning Authority to keep an Index containing information on the Development Plan for their area. This includes the title of the plan, the date of adoption, the place where the plan may be inspected and a map showing the boundary of the plan.
The following Plan forms the Development Plan for the area of planning jurisdiction of Pembrokeshire County Council:
The Joint Unitary Development Plan for Pembrokeshire (JUDP)
The plan was adopted by Pembrokeshire County Council on the 13th July 2006.
The plan may be inspected at the offices of Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP, during normal office hours.
The map that accompanies this Index shows the boundary of the plan (Pembrokeshire) and the extent of planning jurisdiction of Pembrokeshire County Council (the County excluding the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park).
The JUDP has been prepared jointly with the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (PCNPA). For clarity, the area within which PCNPA has planning jurisdiction is also shown on the map.
