'Supplier to Buyer' - a crucial event for anyone involved in the tourism industry, leisure and hospitality in South-West Wales - is being held at Haverfordwest on Monday 4th February.
The regional tourism trade event will provide an exciting chance to discover new products and marketing opportunities, and be inspired by innovative ideas.
Supplier to Buyer, a joint Pembrokeshire County Council and Pembrokeshire Tourism run event, will be held at the Brithdir Hall Exhibition Centre at the Withybush Showground between 10am and 4pm.
Maudie Hughes, Chief Executive of Pembrokeshire Tourism, said the visitor economy is worth over £520 million to Pembrokeshire alone, and much more to the region of South West Wales.
"From food producers, web designers, interior decorators, retailers and others, they all benefit from a vibrant tourism industry" she said.
"The event will bring all involved in tourism, hospitality and leisure under one roof - an opportunity for Suppliers to get to know their Buyers - the trade, and indeed make new contacts to aid business expansion.
"Last year's event brought in over 700 trade visitors for the day, and we're delighted to join forces again with Pembrokeshire County Council's Food Team in bringing together this spectacular regional trade event.
"It is an essential event for anyone involved in the tourism industry, leisure and hospitality to come along and visit."
Over a 100 trade exhibitors will be on show including the new Business Hub. The new Business Hub offers a one stop shop for all business support services.
There will be products ranging from local meat producers, cheeses, and spirits to digital marketing, furniture, lighting, printers, security, and many others - all ready to make great offers for the forthcoming season.
Celebrate the very best quality produce from West Wales with samples of new and award winning products and recipe ideas at the demonstration kitchen.
Kate Morgan, Food Development Manager for Pembrokeshire County Council, said: "Supplier to Buyer is unmissable for local chefs, cooks, proprietors and retailers.
"When we go on holiday, sampling the local produce is a big part of the experience.
If you can cater for that demand, that's going to add an extra dimension to your business and become an additional marketing tool.
"Supplier to Buyer will give you the chance to find out more about our fantastic local producers - what they produce, where to source them and how you can use them in your business."
Alex Bruce, General Manager for Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society, said:
"We are delighted that the Supplier to Buyer team has again chosen the Brithdir Hall for this prestigious event which brings the best of our regional suppliers together in one central location to meet so many buyers from hospitality, leisure and retail sectors.
"We are proud to support an event which promotes business and agriculture in West Wales and demonstrate the great facilities we can provide here at the County Showground."
The event is being organised by Pembrokeshire County Council, Pembrokeshire Tourism, and regional tourism partners.
10am: Exhibition Opens.
10.30am until 4pm: Product sampling and recipe ideas from True Taste Awards Winners 2012 throughout the day.
