This Library and Information Centre will be open at the following times during the Easter Holidays:

Good Friday (3rd April) - 10am-1pm, 2pm-4pm

Saturday (4th April) - 10am-1pm

Easter Monday (6th April) - 10am-1pm, 2pm-4pm

Following our recent public consultation, the opening hours for Haverfordwest Library and Information Centre will be changing.

From Wednesday 1st April 2015, the new opening hours will be:

Monday          10:00am - 5:00pm

Tuesday          10:00am - 7:00pm

Wednesday          10:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday          CLOSED*

Friday          10:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday          10:00am - 1:00pm

*This library will be open on Thursdays during the School Summer Holidays

Baby Rhyme Time

10:00 - 10:45 for Babies under 1 year old

10:45 - 11:30 for Toddlers aged 1 - 3 years old

Starting Thursday 5th September 2013, then every Thursday during term time 


Reference Collections

The temporary Haverfordwest Library holds a small core collection of Reference books, magazines and newspapers. This includes standard Reference texts such as Dictionaries, Directories, Encyclopaedias and Yearbooks. Haverfordwest Library continues to subscribe to daily national newspapers, weekly local newspapers, popular interest magazines and the Which reports. Any member of Pembrokeshire Libraries can also have free access to quality Reference online resources such as, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Oxford English Dictionaries and Oxford Reference, which includes numerous Oxford publications.
