When is the consultation taking place?

Pembrokeshire Local Health Board is co-ordinating the completion of an audit of the health needs and experiences of homeless and vulnerably housed groups. The questionnaire asks service users about their experiences of health services in the last year and looks at their contact with health services and what they thought of them. The responses from the questionnaire will be analysed and collated into a report which will be presented to the Welsh Assembly.
