If seconded you will have an excellent understanding of Adult Placement, a knowledge of relevant regulations and national minimum standards; and the ability to work with Adult Placement Carers to deliver services that are 'person centred' and 'user focused'. You will be expected to assess, review and approve Adult Placement Carers, provide pre-approval and post-approval training, and to contribute to the development and delivery of Adult Placement services throughout the West Wales region.
