| There's a progressive agenda for change at Pembrokeshire County Council and we need a social
care professional to help drive this forward in adult assessment and care management. Your social work, or equivalent professional qualification, will be combined with post qualification experience, ideally within a multi-disciplinary environment. You will have responsibility for ensuring a consistent, high quality approach to customer care and compliance with relevant legislation. Part of a strong, senior team you will play a key role in matching adult care to the Council's goals for customer service, and in adapting to demographic trends. This is a superb opportunity to take on a challenging role in a forward-thinking Council. |
