Concessionary Travel Pass Scheme

The scheme entitles elderly people and people with disabilities resident in Wales to free travel on local bus services throughout the principality.

For residents of Pembrokeshire an application form and travel pass is available free of charge through Post Office branches and Council Offices in Pembrokeshire. Present the completed form at the counter together with proof of eligibility, proof of address and one current passport-sized photograph. If approved the travel pass will then normally be sent to your home address within 12 working days of the office receiving your completed application form.

Please note that some applicants applying on disability grounds may need to obtain a Concessionary Travel Pass Application – Disabled Eligibility Assessment form from the County Council.
